These terms apply to coaching centers, agencies, and consultancies using a ScholarPilot Partner account to manage students. They are in addition to our Terms of Service.
Partners must obtain each student’s consent before adding them, provide accurate information, and represent ScholarPilot honestly. Partners are responsible for the actions of their staff accounts and for keeping login credentials secure. Guidance given to students must remain ethical and must not include fabricated documents or claims.

Partners may only access data for students they lawfully manage, and must handle that data confidentially and in line with applicable privacy laws. Student data accessed through the partner dashboard may not be resold or used for unrelated purposes. ScholarPilot may suspend access if we detect misuse or a compliance breach.
Either party may end the partnership with written notice to partnerships@scholarpilot.support. On termination, partner access is revoked and any pro-rated refund is handled under our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate a partner account immediately for breach of these terms.
